These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NorthEdge Digital website (northedgedigital.com) and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Services

NorthEdge Digital provides AI-powered tools for content research, generation, fact-checking, and analytics. We offer subscription plans (Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual) that grant you access to our platform features, updates, and support as described on our Pricing page.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to register for an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when you register.
• Maintain the security of your password and restrict access to your account.
• All activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current term.

• We use Stripe, PayPal, and Google Pay for processing. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all subscription fees.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit harmful or malicious code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform.
• Harvest or collect personal data of other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and logos on the Service are owned by NorthEdge Digital or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to the text, data, or other content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”), but you grant NorthEdge Digital a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, and display Your Content to provide the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” NorthEdge Digital disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with a “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
