Subscription Plans & Cancellations

  • All NorthEdge Digital subscriptions (Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual) renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • To cancel, log in to your NorthEdge Digital account, visit Billing & Subscription, and click Cancel Subscription. You will retain full service access until the end of your current paid term.

Refund Eligibility

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Only one refund claim per account under this guarantee.
  • After 7 days, all subscription fees are final; no refunds or pro-rated credits will be issued for unused service time.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email sales@northedgedigital.com with the subject “Refund Request”.
  2. Include in your message:
    • Full name
    • Account email address
    • Subscription plan & purchase date
    • Reason for refund
  3. We’ll acknowledge within 2 business days; approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method in 5–7 business days.

Partial-Period Credits & Downgrades

If you downgrade mid-cycle (e.g. Annual → Quarterly), any overpayment will be held as an account credit for future invoices. Credits are non-refundable except under the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • One-time add-on fees once delivered.
  • Taxes, transaction & processor fees.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

Changes to This Policy

NorthEdge Digital may update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.
