Security Protection
Outlines security measures such as data encryption and backup practices to ensure user safety.
NorthEdge Digital treats your data as its highest priority. We employ end-to-end encryption (TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest), host on SOC 2- and ISO-27001–certified infrastructure, and enforce strict access controls and regular security audits. All customer content is logically isolated per account and never shared without your explicit consent.In transit: TLS 1.2+ (HTTPS) with modern cipher suites to protect data between your browser and our servers. At rest: AES-256 on all stored data, including database records, file storage, and backups. Key management: Hosted keys are stored in a hardened, FIPS-compliant key-management system with automatic rotation.We perform daily incremental backups and weekly full backups, all encrypted at rest. Backups are stored in geographically redundant data centers to guard against region-level outages. Our retention policy keeps backups for 30 days, allowing point-in-time restores if needed.Contact Support Immediately: Email security@northedgedigital.com with a detailed description. Change Your Credentials: Reset your NorthEdge Digital password and any linked API keys. We’ll Investigate: Our security team will perform a forensic review, isolate affected systems, and restore data from backups if necessary.
